Multiplier event in Romania

Two project partners, EDUFOR and A-TEAM  Joined forces to produce an impactful event in the entrepreneurial world. 

The main goals of the event were to raise awareness and promote the adoption of cloud software solutions for e-business integration, focusing cloud and open-source solutions ready to help to increase their business efficiency.  The event also aimed to share best practices, software solutions, success stories, and to raise digital competence among educational actors.

Additionally, the event sought to attract new candidates for courses, extend the impact of the project beyond the partnership, and develop new partnerships
for future exploitation of results or economic relations.

For Edufor, 35 participants attended, including entrepreneurs, business professionals, digital experts, educational experts, innovators, press and general public. From Edufor part, the Association for Entrepreneurship from Romania, Braila was partnered with this event, participating to disseminate it, and  participants to the event and especially speakers, business owner experienced on the project topics which presented their success stories and bringing valouros speakers
presenting practical examples and success stories. Anothers important participants and speakers invited by Edufor were Mr. Ion Vaciu from Digital Transformation council and Mr. Conf. Univ. Costin Lianu – coordinator President of  VallachiaeHub which had very trending and valuable presentations about entrepreneurship clustering and AI applied into entrepreneurial field.

From TRAINING EUROPE ASSOCIATION & MANAGEMENT were participated 24 participants, entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, educational actors, press, etc. Mrs. Georgiana Stefan was the event  presenter.

The event has 2 sessions: one dedicated exclusively the project achievements. The session which began with the host presentations focusing on project objectives, the consortium, innovative project aspects, educational methods used, main outputs realized:  PR1 – “Handbook for Digital Entrepreneurs” and PR2 – Digital entrepreneurs’ curriculum and PR 3 course with an on-line presentation of e-learning platform and resources.

The lunch provided by the host organizations led to a relaxed atmosphere where discussions between participants could take place.

The second part of the event was dedicated to special invites presentations from APAR (business owner into digital field), Digital Transformation Council and VallachiaeHub – a European support network in innovation and digital transformation.

Also, on the second part of the event, during the coffee-break it featured a round table discussion with business companies, business support organizations, and educational institutions presents on the event aiming to share best practices, create new contacts and new entrepreneurial opportunities.

Multiplier event in Cyprus

The multiplier event in Cyprus took place on the 24th of May 2024 in the form of a workshop with interactive sessions, at the University of Cyprus with 37 national participants in total.  The participants at the event were entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs, students in the field of business administration, professors in that field as well as adults with fewer opportunities that try to create their own business venture. 

In the first part of the event there were presentations about the organisation (SYNTHESIS) and its work, then a presentation of the project followed by a presentation about the project’s objectives and aim.  Following that, a presentation about the project’s outputs and tools created was prepared and delivered to showcase the high quality of the project’s deliverables. Participants had the chance to learn about the Handbook for Digital Entrepreneurs, the Digital Entrepreneurs’ Curriculum and the Digital Entrepreneurs’ Course.  

After a short networking break, an interactive session followed in the form of a round table with all participants aiming at the exchange of best practices, opinions about the material presented in the first section and many more. During the round table participants engaged in a meaningful discussion about the challenges for SMEs and also challenges potential entrepreneurs face and the tools that help them overcome them.

Multiplier event in France

Pertuis, France

The Multiplier Event organized as part of the E-Entrepreneur project gathered a total of 23 national participants. The participants’ profiles were varied, encompassing mainly entrepreneurs, young entrepreneurs, associations, and project leaders. A significant portion of the attendees came from
the entrepreneurial sectors, seeking innovative solutions to integrate cloud-based management tools.
Educational stakeholders were present, aiming to enhance their curricula with digital resources, while startup founders and business professionals were keen to learn more about e-commerce and digital marketing strategies, as these topics aligned with the project’s core objectives.
The event took place in Pertuis at the CBE head office This location was chosen due to its modern facilities and strategic importance as a hub for technological development. The venue offered an ideal setting, fostering a professional yet engaging environment for networking and learning.

During the event, participants were directed to digital resources to enhance their experience. These included an online map of the venue, as well as digital brochures summarizing key aspects of the project. Additionally, participants were encouraged to explore the e-learning platform through live
demonstrations, with information available on the project website for further details.

Multiplier event in Spain

The GEINNOVA multiplier event, held on July 2, 2024, at CEOE Aragón in Zaragoza, Spain, made a significant impact, attracting 30 participants. The event was designed to share key insights and outcomes from the project while promoting sustainability and digital innovation in entrepreneurship.

The participants came from a diverse range of backgrounds, including entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs, educational actors, business professionals, and representatives from local and regional organizations. This variety of participants fostered rich discussions and exchanges of best practices across sectors.

The event was structured into two main parts. The first part focused on presentations by project partners, who introduced the objectives, consortium, activities, and key results of the e-Entrepreneur project. Specifically, the speaker highlighted the innovative educational methods developed, such as the Digital Entrepreneurs’ Curriculum and the Digital Entrepreneurs’ Course. These presentations helped participants understand the project’s benefits and how they could integrate these tools into their own professional practices or organizational strategies.

The second part of the event was organized as a roundtable discussion, aimed at fostering an exchange of experiences among participants. Representatives from business companies, business support organizations, and educational institutions shared their best practices and challenges regarding the implementation of digital tools in entrepreneurship. This roundtable format provided a platform for practical discussions on issues such as the difficulties SMEs face when adopting digital solutions, the types of support activities that would be most beneficial, and the potential impact of these tools on post-pandemic economic recovery.
